Founded in Yangon in 2016 as Natural Culture Co., Ltd, our company has proudly operated under a government-issued license from the Ministry of Labor of the Union Republic. We have successfully placed both skilled and general Myanmar workers in reputable companies across Singapore and Malaysia. Our commitment to professionalism and adherence to both local labor regulations and international labor rights standards has earned us positive feedback from our client companies and partner agencies in these countries.

In late 2023, we applied to the Ministry of Labor to rename our company from Natural Culture Co., Ltd to The Worker Services Co., Ltd. This rebranding underscores our dedication to fostering strong partnerships and ensuring a worker-focused approach in all aspects of our operations. Our emphasis on precision and ethical practices culminated in receiving approval for the name change in 2024, alongside a new license to deploy Myanmar workers to Thailand.
